A Recipe For Wild Rice Salad

Today was luncheon day at Community Bible Study-- a day we all look forward to because it means no rushing home with hungry kids to make a quick peanut butter sandwich! No indeed! On luncheon day, we get to relax and take a whole hour to eat yummy food and catch up with each other. The food today was especially yummy and we all loved Sally's Wild Rice Chicken Salad. She was so great to share the recipe with us, so I thought I would pass it along to you all. It is definitely worth trying!

Wild Rice Chicken Salad

Two boxes of Uncle Ben’s wild rice (cooked to package directions)

Cut up chicken

Celery couple of stalks

Grapes (optional)

Water chestnuts (optional)

Mix all together with Mayonnaise (1/2 cup to a cup), just depends

Season with season salt.

That's it! It's that easy!
